Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2008
Nellie and 300 kids from Camp Broadway walked in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with Kermit the Frog and welcomed Santa into Herald Square by singing “I Believe in Santa Clause.”
Backyardigans Live!
Nellie joined the Backyardigans Live: Tale of the Mighty Knights as the Associate Company Manager and Assistant Stage Manager. through Nov. 2008!
Jacobsbaai
Nellie produced the US premiere of Jacobsbaai, a new play by James Tortora. This mystery written during his time in South Africa, was presented as a staged reading at the Cherry Lane Theatre Studio. Directed by Joanna Gotleib.
Camp Broadway 2008
Nellie directed the Shining Stars’ production of Annie! July 14-18 with 26 5-9 year olds! Annie Composer Charles Strouse joined us! Nellie Also served as teaching artist for the Camp Broadway tribute to Johnny Mercer in New Orleans.
